Shipping
Each of our pieces is meticulously handmade and thoroughly inspected before shipping. Please allow 4–14 business days for order processing.
Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email with all the shipping details. If you do not receive this information, it does not arrive in your inbox, or you need to contact us for any reason, please email us at palmiaski@gmail.com.

Complaints
You have 60 days to submit a complaint, starting from the second day after receiving your order (swimwear is classified as lingerie, which determines this timeframe).
Only stitching issues (the seams connecting two pieces of fabric) are eligible for complaints. Other types of damage are not covered, as they result from normal mechanical wear of the product.
To process a complaint, the following is required:

invoice or proof of purchase,

the swimsuit must be clean/freshened up — unclean items will not be accepted and the complaint will be cancelled immediately.

Returns:
We kindly ask for thoughtful purchases and accurate body measurements, as:

Returns are accepted only for products purchased at full (regular) price.

Returns are accepted after providing a reason and must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

The product must be packed and sent back with proof of purchase.

Sale items or products purchased with any discount are non‑returnable.
For hygiene reasons, and as a premium brand caring for the health and comfort of every customer, swimwear is treated as lingerie.
Each piece is handmade to order, and we dedicate several hours to crafting and perfecting every item shortly after the order is placed.
